One of my favourite tracks on the album, is this remix I completed on Eminem’s “Lose Yourself” taken from the soundtrack to the movie “8 Mile”.

The track was released in 2002 and went on to give Eminem an Academy Award for Best Original Song, and it one his most successful tracks to date.

I knew I couldn’t put together a hip hop remix album without including Eminem, and knew straight away which track to remix.

The remix includes a sample of Ice Cube’s “The Good Day” (which is a great hip hop track in its own right) re-edited to fit with the remix.
